Unsung Heroes is a behind the scene look into the work of Canadian church administrators that takes form in a photo essay. This series emerged out of a conversation I had with my wife, Devon. In the spring she mentioned National Administrative Professionals' Day in Canada, and suggested we pitch a story to Broadview Magazine. The idea was to bring to light local church administrators and the tireless work they do around the clock, year-round.

Earlier this year I doubled down on some my favourite things to do - collaborating with new creatives (looking at you, Richelle Kingsland), and shooting in a special location - my friends’ beautiful French bistro in Morriston, ON - Bistro Reunion.

On January 19th, 2017, I packed up my camera bag and headed down to Washington DC along with my good friend, Marcin, to document Donald Trump's presidential inauguration. Like many, I was confused by the American political landscape and what was to come when Trump took the reins. So, I decided to go and try to get an in-person glimpse of this moment in time.

A few weeks ago I was approached by Simple Sailor for some new promo band photos. The opportunity to create and layer visuals based on another art form like music is something that I can never get enough of.
